Releasing Anger

Practical tools for releasing our anger, hurt, blame and stress.

Turn anger into strength. Turn strength into change.

Anger is part of being human. When used wisely, it can fuel change, clarify boundaries, and protect what matters. But when it builds up unspoken or unmanaged, it can leave us feeling stuck, stressed, or reactive. This workshop is a space to pause, unpack, and begin to move forward with greater awareness and choice.

Led by Jo Brooks, these small group sessions offer gentle structure and practical support to help you explore the roots of your anger—whether it’s daily irritation or long-held resentment. You’ll receive targeted worksheets and tools to process strong emotions, shift old patterns, and move toward more balanced responses.

We’ll explore how anger interacts with stress, shame, and unmet needs—and how to find healthier ways to express and release it.
You don’t have to stay caught in reaction. There is strength in softness, and freedom in learning to work with what we feel, not against it.

“You cannot transform anger by ignoring it.  You can only transform it by facing it with awareness and care.” — Pema Chödrön
