Living with anxiety or fear can feel like being on a roller coaster—never quite knowing when the next wave will hit. For many of us, everyday life begins to feel like a threat. The body stays on high alert, and our nervous system rarely gets the chance to rest.
In this recovery-informed workshop, we explore how to gently shift that pattern. With small group support and compassionate guidance, you’ll learn to reframe your relationship with anxiety—so it becomes something to understand, not fight.
We’ll draw on meditation, compassion training, nervous system awareness, and simple goal-setting tools to help you step out of survival mode and move toward calm, clarity, and connection.
Led by Jo Brooks, this series offers a safe space to share, reflect, and grow.
